Your responsibility will include:
– The development of occupancy concepts in coordination with the responsible planners and authorities
– Drawing occupancy concepts in CAD
– Project management of large-scale photovoltaic projects in a team
– Compilation of building application documents, supervision of building applications
– Development and drawing of photovoltaic roof systems
– Project management in the B-plan procedure
– Planning of projects and supervision of the approval process

Your profile:
– Completed studies in architecture or open space planning
or training as a technical draughtsman
– Good CAD skills – AutoCAD, experience of working with georeferenced files is an advantage
– Ability to work independently and good communication skills
– Previous technical knowledge in the field of photovoltaics is desirable
– Solution-oriented negotiating skills and a good feel for people and issues
– Willingness to travel within Germany for project-related reasons
– Ability to work independently, conceptually and in a structured manner
